Is Peter Dykes experienced enough to be finance/company secretary of an international operation that is listed and ASX300 company?
Peter seems to be invovled in all the recent problems NBS has faced.
Examples
Advising the market that extra cash would be received prior to June 30. His job as finance is to make sure this committment is met.
Sub standard report 21 August. His job as company secretary is to release a comprehensive report of the highest standard.
I have sympathy for his court case highlighted in the newspaper however an experienced CFO would not put themselves in that position. If your out for a big night with customers ect make sure of your means of getting home before you head out.
As you highlighted this muck up should have been communicated to key insto brokers ect. It is not like their is many covering at the moment.
I hope the Chairman and MD review Peter Dykes performance and take the appropiate action, counsel educate and employ specialist to help or get some one who has experience and crediblity with the market.
