An 11-year-old boy has just been charged with starting one of the bigger bushfires in New South Wales. It's burning more than 50 square kilometres.

He's been refused bail and joins two 12 and 13-year-old girls already charged with arson.

Fire crews have spent the day trying to stop the biggest fires from joining up and creating a cauldron of flames hundreds of kilometres across
