some posters need to be careful with their choice of words. These public servants are professional and I would think they would be fearless in their advice to the government. To call a public servant, especially the head of a government department, a puppet of the government in a public forum, implying that he lacks independence in the discharge of his duties is highly inadvisable.
One may disagree with the policy options he puts forward to the government, but it is another thing to say he is a puppet of the government.
