No Nuttsie you are looking at the stimulus package in isolation. It is my belief the May budget will cover the issue of Hospitals etc. Those things are big and take more time. The stimulus is about kick starting the economy and the longer term measures in the normal budget would then set the cruise control to steadily maintain our financial security.
