why would gross margins be lower with Smart group? can you explain what additional cogs are involved compared to McMillan or other contracts?
also transition to digital does not reduce profitability and in fact physical card manufacturing is a cost saving for EML.
I also don't see non reloadable segment or gift cards disappearing anytime soon. EML management knows better than both of us and if they took that view, they wouldn't be paying 10x for FEC.
