The words I quoted were from an article posted by someone in another thread.

Point two states....

"The Group’s recapitalisation efforts to date have included the sale of assets and the invitation of

in Australia, a sales process continues for selected assets from the CAWF portfolio and

To me this simply says its taking time, not that it has failed.
