With things back to some kind of wobbly homeostasis in Malaysia, attention can focus more strongly on non-Malaysian developments, including processing in Texas. REE specialist, Byron King, in a just released video mentions Lynas and emphasizes how separation/processing will be the biggy in a US-based American/Allies rare earths industry. Seems like the company's Texas plans fit right in with that!
