I must admit that on the surface Malaysia offered little in the way of compromise and it sure looks like the six month re-license period is a short period of time to fulfill the requirements for a permanent license...tadika (kindergarten) land and and a bit of compromise is a small price to pay when you prevail on the main issues...more exists

Excuse me but we had a contract when NC decided to build in Malaysia. We had a contract when, after nearly erasing all shareholder value, the first operating license was issued. The problem here is a lack of ethics and law in Malaysia. That has not changed. You can put all the lipstick on the planet on a pig but it's still a pig. It's too expensive to setup shop in Australia, ha-ha ! It would have been much better for everyone if NC had the sense God gave a jackass and realized you can't invest big bucks in an unstable country and expect to show a profit. Thank God Lynas is beginning to move operations out of Malaysia. There is light at the end of the tunnel as long as management doesn't decide to drive another knife into the backs of shareholders and sell the company.
