Current property price around $800,000 is just like Bitcoin that was still trading around $2,000 not long ago... back then, sceptic bears were saying Bitcoin was in a bubble... then suddenly Bitcoin went up $9,500. Soon you'll be surprised see property pass through $1.2 million median with ease. Spectic bears will have neither a house nor Bitcoin, & keep on whinging it's so "unfair"
