Just been doing some thinking after a day of continued anticipation and optimism of what’s upcoming - given GMV essentially had 5 days to get the announcement to the ASX (which also attracted strong international newsflow) what would cause the delay:

1/ more related and/or unrelated developments to the binding MOU’s during this time;

2/ maybe it is the case that they actually did lodge it - but the ASX, so shocked by the numbers involved asked for further substantiation....

3/ GMV inefficiencies.

Given its Melbourne Cup time - I’ll punt on 1 & 2 only....
