Your post is correct on the fundamentals, but with ARQ, fundamentals don't matter and haven't mattered for so long that they are meaningless.
I've been 'investing' and trading in the market for over 25 years and when something stinks, I think I can tell that it stinks.
IMO the situation with ARQ stinks.
IMO the share price is being manipulated. By who, I have no idea. Why? IMO to drive the price down.
The shares do not react normally and the sells in the queue are always just unreal.
take the current situation:
180,000 plus shares at $1.30
145,000 plus shares at $1.31
147,000 plus shares at $1.34
And the worst thing about it is that the management and the BOD do nothing other than collect their stash every month along with the bonuses and other assorted goodies......
