Thanks Misty, I'll go have a look at those links now.
Btw, my deleted folder now has 14,607 emails in it (I cleared the sent folder for the first time lol) ... by mainly deletion, my unread emails is down to 332 (and the rest will probably get deleted when I get to them ... I've cleared about 10 unused folders ... created 3 new folders ... transferred possibly 350-400 emails to folders ...and my inbox still has 7,509 emails in it !
