    Very interesting.
    I have no doubt that you know exactly what you are talking about but I still have trouble with the concept as to who determines that the money is "smart" and not just some dumb schmuck with a big inheritance that he is trying to turn into a small inheritance.
    We often see on HC where someone comments when a large order has been placed on the buy side, "so someone must know something", but the price still goes down after that because it turns out that they know zip.
    I have bought fairly large parcels of CTO in the past and that turned out to be a real dumb move!!!
