    The AGM resolutions look like the company is positioning itself for a clearing of the decks to facilitate a change of control.

    The new cornerstone investor who takes the 19.9% will want board resignations and will want its own management in place.

    Hence, the quantifying of all outstanding monies to existing directors and related 3rd parties.
