    Is it possible that announcing the quarterly earlier than usual is clearing the decks for a trading halt?
    Anything is possible(in our minds)I see the bulk of todays trades have held the price at 1.3 cents---untill a few minutes ago---heres hoping for that long awaited finalisation of the Finance agreement.
