Was going over the last few announcements recently and there is a lot to look forward to in the coming weeks.
One question I must ask is, Does or did ALK have flood and business interuption insurance ? Surely the photos and the costs blowout and the possibility of adding upto $100 an ounce would form a good case to be reimbursed by the insurance company ?
IMO this flood cost us about $7m but amazingly our production targets remain solid. Costs are going to increase by about 5% over the year because of the flood damage is the way I read it.
DZP is the game changer here.
