Just as I thought, and I would suggest, it was posted by many posters, who you have included in the ramping side, so its OK to use their info when it suits your argument, but everything else posted is ramping rubbish, Hypocritical to say the least.

Now FACT is Africa Oil refused to pay the quoted $50million, delayed, and clearly stated their intention to seek 2nd tier Drilling Contractors to secure a Drilling Contractor at their budget, Now quite clearly Africa Oil will not pay $50million per drill, Smart you have no idea, nor do I, at what price Africa Oil will end up paying for a Drilling Contractor, however I suggest their JV Drilling Partners like RMP are privilaged to such information.
