Can someone please explain to me how they're linking Dafora to drilling in Puntland? There's nothing that actually says they've been contracted to drill there. Why Dafora, and not some other company?
I mean I could go to the BP website, and get a few lines of information about how they're drilling all over the world, and then say 'look, these guys must be drilling in Puntland next'.
Don't understand why this rumour has taken off really. There's also no evidence the ELF facility has been used already. These 'rumours' are solely based on people posting on bulletin boards. Anyone can start a 'rumour' on here based off absolutely nothing.
In the absence of an announcement from AOI, I'll assume they're still negotiating with the drilling contractor. Whether they reach an agreement is anyone's guess.
