Maybe the Indians will deal and be upfront. Unlike the Chinese. At least the resource would stay in the commonwealth.

Prefer to have the farm go to India than China. India have purchased several mines in the Illawarra and employed all locals and kiwis. The money is staying in the area. Gudgerat also donated 1mill to the local Hawks (NBL)who were down and out.

Could not see Chinese donating to the local economies and sporting teams etc.

Just my opinions anyway but something seems to be moving SP.
