You can't blame the PBH board. To get to $1.20 the BBT share price needs to be trading at $0.44. To get to the $1.33 of value BBT claim you need to think the post takeover share price of BBT would be $0.55.......
Value assuming the BBT share price is $0.32 (the same price they did the massive capital raising at)
Cash = $0.68 per PBH share ($181m cash divided by the 266m shares that BBT don't own)
Scrip = $0.38 per PBH share (312.5m BBT shares divided by 266m shares is 1.175 BBT shares per PBH share at $0.32 cap raise price)
Total = $1.06 per PBH share
BBT need to massively increase the amount of Scrip they are prepared to offer or I think they will get nowhere ......
