I was seeing a recent historical low. In other words, in this market, set your charts to days, not weeks and you'll see the same lows being hit. Case in points include ADY (2.3), HFA (7.0) - excludes the two days it hit 3.9 TWICE, VPG (3.8) twice in the last two days, INP (21) - ran to 26 and back to 21, VBA (29), CVN (29), FMG (1.68), FMS(kept hitting 8.2/4 and falling - it did it THREE times!!)... the list goes on and on.... there are so many shares that are bouncing off levels (low and high) that investors are saying that they are 'comfortable' with the risk a this level (buying) and appy to take sell positions on short trades.

Remember - the tides.... just like clockwork..
