There was a thread a short while ago (2months )that discussed the fact that the afterpay trademark had bee hijacked in the Eurozone with the lodgement of the trademark name application done by another company, around the time of AGM and formal announcement of the foray into the UK.
This would suggest they cannot currently use the name afterpay over there
