Possibly, or could just be a growing sense that as each day passes the probability grows that we're nearer to the next of the 7 of 8 foreshadowed pipeline annoucements. If multiple happen to drop in a cluster, which is also a possibility, then we'll start really moving.
As others have said, daily gyrations will occur, but for me the fundamental story hasn't changed - rather it has only grown. So as a long term investor I see no need to react to said gyrations unduly.
