There has been info published on this a while back but my understanding is it had 100% efficiency for around 25-30 years then drops down to around 95%. As for the specific costs I think this is an unknown, however, the cost has dropped substantially after the creation of the Generation 2 product given assembly time of frames comes down from around 90 min to about 3 minutes a window- which signifies very large saving in manufacturing time.
