Are we in discussion for The Line Development in Saudi? Surely PV technology like CPV is necessary for a project like this, particularly being in a dessert area where sunlight is of abundance. Considering the effort required to pull large amount of cables into the dessert for electricity, CPV would definitely benefit in the event of power outage, let alone reducing CO2 and power savings. We are talking about a concrete city that can accommodate 9mil people in a dessert and electricity is required to be inhabitable. Construction is happening and it's a multi billion dollar project (or more).
