ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) Dieter Moor Appointed as European CEO

· ClearVue appoints Dieter Moor as its European CEO commencing 1 May 2021 as part of the establishment of European sales office

· Mr Moor brings 16+ years of experience in the renewables sector and is current CEO of ertex solar GmbH in Austria

· Mr Moor to support ClearVue in the establishment of its key sales territory - Europe

Smart building materials company ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) (ClearVue or theCompany) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Dieter Moor as its European CEO effective 1 May 2021.

Mr Moor is the co-founder and current CEO of ertex solar GmbH (www.ertex-solar.at), a specialist building integrated photovoltaics manufacturer and supplier based in Austria. Mr Moor was a significant shareholder in ertex solar GmbH which was acquired by Solétanche Freyssinet (www.soletanchefreyssinet.com) in November of 2018. Together with ActivSkeen (www.activskeen.com), they worked on smart building materials. Both are subsidiaries of Vinci Construction (www.vinci.com). Mr Moor has continued to work with ertex solar as CEO since that time to integrate the company into the Vinci group.

In his time with ertex solar he has been responsible for and overseen over 2000 building integrated photovoltaic installations throughout the world with the focus being projects within Europe.

Mr Moor will head up ClearVue’s European sales and marketing office and will be the Chief Executive Officer of a new wholly owned subsidiary of the Company currently being established in the Netherlands.

Mr Moor also lectures in high performance building in sustainable energy systems and building optimisation using eco-energy solutions at the FH Technikum Wien and FH Oberösterreich – both University’s of applied sciences in Austria.
