Mr. Cheung Ko, also known as Clement, LLB, MBA, Mr Ko is the Chairperson and sole shareholder of Pacific Minerals Limited, the sole member of Pacific International Co Pty Ltd ( currently second largest shareholders of Grange). Prior to founding Pacific Minerals Limited, Mr Ko worked for BHP Billiton (China) Ltd as a senior regional marketing manager. Mr Ko has more than 20 years of experience in the mining sector with extensive experience in marketing and sales.
Mr. Ko holds an MBA degree from the Royal Melbourne Institution of Technology and a Bachelor degree from Nanjing Jinling University.

Pacific Minerals is currently the second largest shareholder of Grange holding 95,154,884 shares.

From my previous discussions with Anthony Bohnenn about Mr Ko I can tell you that Anthony said "and a very clever HK Chinese,......... He is very commercial westernized Chinese .......... So watch him for the future."

So I would watch Mr Ko for the future
