So, after he sells down 3 million shares to try and make his point, he then resigns from the board.....?
I would not like to have 8% of any company without a board position, even if I wasn't getting my point across....
What would these differences in direction be to warrant such a decision?
As a director he could have participated in any potential share buyback if announced prior and also any takeover offer if he wanted out.
