Good thing you post as The Judge because everything you say is 'IMO' without argument or logic. You're just one of the clapping crowd. You have no substance. Oddly your 'opinion' seems without backing to be the opposite to whatever I say. How childish.
It was clearly decided that 'With no clear winner in yesterday's High Court initial hearing ' the case has yet to go to trial. The judge found for Cleveland on a number of issues.
At the end of the day MXG has signed an agreement limiting the sub-contractor to 6m pounds damages. There is also the suggestion that Cleveland is broke and supported gratuitously by an outsider who certainly would not cough up for the 6m. The costs victory? All goes to the lawyers.
Now can MXG tell us again about sellling the prime trust assets to yet another trust cashing in the 'trust' properties on which investors rely in order to pay for their enormous losses? 6m is along way from paying for the $400m they have lost so far in the UK with further information due in relation to Stratford and other failed or sold off projects.
Selling the silverware to pay the light bill leads to dark days.
