Any person doing any job will always leave themselves open to criticism. As my old Mum used to say "Only those working make mistakes. Idlers get off scot free."
My only criticism would be that WP thinks big and I wonder at times if we don't get ahead of ourselves with some highly paid staff. I am supicious of titles I don't understand, or of jobs not directly involvd operationally. Just recently I noted that someone had been employed with a title that said to me "WTF does he actually do?" But that is just the way I think.
Having said that, I believe that overall Wayne has performed extremely well and I would be devestated if he left us.
