Update: -
this is a very 'cute' way for Galbally & Lunt to get 0.55 per share when the market currently says they are worth .45 which is 10 cents less per share.
Putting it another way for the 21 million being sold by Galbally & Lunt/etc the price difference is volume of shares being sold is $2.1million over current market price.
