just try to think outside the square for a minute.....we do not know the exact amt of shares FG,RL and the third party given up ( if they do it will be an average of 7 million shares? which still leaves them av say 20 mill)and the price? The way I see it this IKL group must be very interested to have SEN and very confident that they can make big dollars from the future investment, lets ask ourselves will any consortium pour in such amt of funds in and not expect something BIG to happen? They will probably be expecting to make double the amt that they put in. The other thing if not for the above arrangement this IKL might not be able to accumulate so many shares from the open market and I bet u the directors must have weigh out this could be the option to take in order for all this to happen AND the future returns and SP will worth much much more than the current ones. IMO pls DYOR
