    Hi all...
Having been involved in two SPP (Capital Raising)exercises in recent weeks, I have to bow to the intelligence of this Company's management in the way they have undergone the same exercise.

My previous SPP experience involved the shareholders.... and our experience was to observe the share price fall quite significantly in the weeks leading up to the 5 days upon which the Placement Price was to be determined. I suspect market forces were in place in order to achieve this lower price.
When the SPP was bedded down.... the price began to rise again... but not back to the level prior to the exercise... so we made money on the exercise itself, but were left in deficit on our original holdings. Also, the shares created in the SPP are now in the hands of shareholders who are constantly tempted to sell at a profit... thus keeping the brakes on any potential run in the share price.

The PVM management have been extremely prudent in excluding shareholders.

Firstly, the entire SPP has gone to institutions... albeit at a reduced price.... but institutions are there for the long haul and there will be no selling of the SPP shares in the near term.

Notice how there was NO DROP IN PRICE when normal trading resumed.

Secondly, the Company waited until the market re-rating was consolidated by additional positive announcements and a still-rising share price.

Thirdly, whereas other Companies raise funds for exploration and other risky ventures, PVM is raising similar funds for what will be a fait accompli.... the Definitive Feasibility Study.
I must confess I am at a loss to see why these studies cost these obscene amounts of money..... one would think the personnel involved in carrying out the study are forced to live in the jungle with bull ants invading their bodies 24 hours per day. However, PVM WILL ... repeat WILL be going into production and need to go through the motions prior to "everyone being satisfied".

Oh how other Companies would love to be in the position of PVM!!

And Oh how I would love to have a stable full of PVMs.

We are in great hands.... we will see wonderful profits... it's simply a question of degree.

    Cheers,
    Bripoz.
