In a recent post, I bought up the issue of ccl lacking the attributes of the commercial space.
Today's notice from the business papers of woollies putting on the shelfs nexba is a good explain of tough and smart commercial practises.
CCl needs to be clever in marketing but smart in a commercial sense!!!
Buyout nexba, you have the money the product is trendy as well as innovative and obviously part of the new drink culture and to Australian tastes.
Apart from acquiring a brand that also could be sold though to other western countries it enables CCL to continue to be the dominant player on the shelfs.
