NWA will get 166,666,667 shs in the to be AIM listed SAMR for 2p each or 3,333,333 pounds. After fund raising of 1,500,000 pounds at 2p and admission to AIM a further capital raising of 2 mln pounds at 10p will occur. So NWA's 58% controlling stake in SAMR will be worth 16,666,666 pounds or 39,271,123 Australian dollars. With 585 mln shs outstanding this will represent 6.7 cts a share. With close to 5 mln pounds in the kitty SAMR is well funded to produce ore from their tenement holdings in the Congo and extract blister copper through Nova's furnaces. This is a very clever piece of financial engineering and I reckon the AIM placement at 10ct will be heavily oversubscribed.
Would not mind an in specie distribution to NWA shareholders. Leaving NWA to concentrate on their Uranium holdings in Rum Jungle.
