For every 3 shares you own up to the recored adte you are able to subscribe for 1 share at 10c. So if you have 999,999 you will be able to buy 333,333 @10c each
you will also get 333,333 options to buy @14c each so if TZ shares are trading @18c the value of the option will be 4c...... IE 18c-14c = 4c
