MM, I agree the shareprice reaction is a bit disappointing but I can see why it is hovering where it is. Existing shareholders will top up at 10c with the offer. What will really kick this off is the next quarterly results. I might be overly optimistic but imagine what a positive balance sheet would do here. That will depend on the payment structure of the Singapore contract.
Another win would also send this flying. I note from August that there were a number of tenders that TZ was going for. Coles would be a ripper.
