CLF or WAM

I just opened the letter from CLF saying not to accept as it undervalues etc... and that they have held extensive shareholder engagement on th eissue to find 96% of CLF holders are not taking up the WAM offer.
I must be in the 4% because I have rung the CLF offce three time since the offer was made and I cant get to speak with anyone from CLF. So i have to take this last letter with a grain of no a bag of salt.
Now on my commsec platform it tells me that WAM already own 15.7% so the claim of 97% of holders who responded were staying put is abit rich in that there is no number of how many responded.
