    I am looking at a short term trade right now - if there's a continued push i may buy on the expectation that an announcement is imminent.

    I'd buy long term if they have offtakes for the remainder of their crops. Not sure about a return to 9c anytime soon to be honest - what's their long term strategy? Increase the acreage for next year? Will there be another oversupply next year without regulation to restrict production?
