Incorrect - CLI stated in latest update announcement that they are on track to commence harvesting in late September.
Given it is already the 19th now, late September to me means next week.

And therefore compliance testing will have to occur either late this week or early next week IMO.
We have a 3 to 4 weeks growth gap between the oldest plants vs the youngest ones so I believe given the update announced was only released last week, CLI would have had a good gauge by then how the oldest crops were tracking.

Now that CLI is on the ASX watchlist, i would expect CLI to be put into a Trading Halt anyday now before any future announcement are vetted and approved to be released. A very good thing and positve for shareholders IMO that we will be given announcements that are accurate and vetted by the ASX! LOL

Even better CLI should fly Kevin Lewis out to Oregon to personally inspect them fields and compliance results.
This can only be a good thing for holders
