Cliff Lawrenson Ex.V.P. of CMS Energy (Mkt.Cap. $16.28 Billion) joins AVL Board

Looks like another positive step by the AVL team towards finance / construction / production.

Cliff Lawrenson was appointed to the AVL Board just prior to years end in October 2020 as Director and Chairman.

Among his track record and previous achievements, some key points of interest :

Senior Executive and Vice President of CMS Energy in USA and Singapore for 7 years
Current market cap of CMS Energy is $16.28 Billion.

Chief Executive of FerrAus where he led a takeover by Atlas Iron ($240 million takeover)

MD at when Atlas iron was subsequently been taken over by Hancock Prospecting ($390 million takeover)

Led Avenira (Minemakers) to its acquisition by Hancock Prospecting

Mr Lawrenson has served on several boards in international locations where he has led the development and
financing of numerous major infrastructure projects.

Pre Feasibility Study (PFS) has been recently updated with the latest technical and financial revisions,
reflective of the current global Vanadium market situation.

Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) due this year, with Mr Lawrenson now brought on board

Not forgetting AVL also have Daniel Harris as Technical Director and Todd Richardson as Chief Operating Officer
