I've seen this graph pop up a few times, and once again, a bunch of misunderstandings come from it.
Firstly, this is a temperature reproduction from Greenland, not global (as the title suggests).
Secondly, the graph ends at "95" now, if you go and read this paper, the date of "95" is 95 years "before present" (present being 1950 - a geological rule).
So, the temperature graph actually ends in 1855, not 2010 or any current time. This means it doesn't capture all the recent warming - a bit deceitful if you ask me.
