Climate change alarmists decreasing, page-6

Willial, it might be a good idea for you to actually look at the source documents you rely on before you post in future. The first survey you refer to as reported in the Guardian from 2016, showed an increasing consensus on climate change, was a survey of members of the American Meteorological Society with 4092 members participating including 1038 professionals working in broadcast meteorology. It found that 67% of meteorologists said that humans have caused most or all climate change

For some reason you have chosen to compare this to a survey series of Broadcast Meteorologists exclusively, this was a much smaller survey in which only 486 broadcast meteorologists participated and who did not have to be members of the AMS. The 49% figure you quote from the 2017 survey was actually slightly higher than the 46% reported from the 2016 survey in the same series.

The members of the AMS appear to have significantly higher scientific qualifications than the broadcast meteorology group which no doubt accounts for the much higher level of support for the consensus.
