Snuff, do you need someone to explain to you the difference between frequency and significance and severity?
Just in case - frequency is related to how often something happens within a specified time. Severity is a gauge of the impact of any one event. Significance is not dissimilar to severity, but most likely is used in the context of the extent to which it affects human communities and society as a whole.
