Bolt's point is pretty simple. So simple most people could follow it without requiring clarification. However, for the benefit of lessor minds:
1. The climate is always changing.
2. There is no evidence to suggest these changes are in anyway as a result of human activity.
3. Those who push the GW barrow are doing so for a number of reasons; mostly financial/political.
4. He backs this up by quoting Flannery et al who predicted that Australia would be without sufficient rain in the future. Flannery says this despite there being numerous dry/wet spells over (just) recent history. Suddenly the dams are full and those who built desal plants are out of a job.
It reminds me of the T-Shirt that has a range of leftie myths listed and then scratched out. It goes "I survived Global Cooling, End of oil, 1970's food crisis, YTK and only has GW remaining.
