Climate change....??? please.... Call me a skeptic, but why do we have a history of these floods (climatic extremes) dating back to the 1800's? Weather patterns are cyclical, and these wild weather swings have been occurring for many many years. Nothing we do on this planet greatly affects the climate. Isn't that why the so called gurus quickly changed it from "global warming" to "Climate Change" Either way, I'm all for looking after the planet and creating cheaper more energy efficient power generation. And Cougar is on the money IMO..
