australia's share of climate change emits 1.5% of the worlds carbon dioxide...........china and india contribute 42%, and its growing at the rate of 3.1% pa...........
the rest of the world contribute the other 50%..........so its all just a sham......rudd wants the australian people to undergo huge financial costs.......when we only contribute 1% and the rest of the world contributes 99%...........the biggest emitters china, india and guess the US...........they are doing nothing about it...........the the rate they are contributing is 3 times what we contribute.........
