This department has always held outrageous let them eat cake behavior.as their core function.....dysfunctional in the extreme when governments covert cult behavior and use good peoples money to do accomplish it..
This government needed to be gone 2 years ago....not content to trash the country only physically they strive harder even to trash it psychologically as well!
