i think that has been proven to be water vapour not co2 , its just hard to revise all the literature like the direction of electron flow of batteries, books say flow is from positive to negative terminals but scientist found out it actually flows from negative to positive terminals but its too expensive to change the textbooks . anyway we are talking about man made effects like flood by opening dam gates, arson causing forests fires etc
