Ironically a dirty atmosphere (particulate pollution) is probably the tool that will be used to reduce the effects by insulating the direct impacts of sunlight . People need to reflect on Holland's experience . 60% of that country is below sea level, and they actually reclaim land from the sea . Their expertize will be much sought after in decades to come . A great nation doesn't resgn itself to loss .
